1. Introduction
Welcome to ForceToCrawl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ForceToCrawl website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is owned and operated by Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Gilevskiy ("we," "us," or "our"), registered in Georgia.
2. Definitions

"Content" refers to any URLs, text, information, data, or other materials submitted to or through the Service.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
5. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
6. Service Description
ForceToCrawl is a service designed to help users submit URLs for indexing by Google's search engine. The Service acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee that submitted URLs will be indexed by Google or any other search engine.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit URLs containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Submit URLs that infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
- Submit URLs for websites that engage in illegal activities or promote such activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
- Use any automated system, including but not limited to "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
8. User Content
You retain all rights to the URLs and any other content you submit to the Service. By submitting URLs or other content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit the URLs and any other content to the Service, and that such submission does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Gilevskiy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to Google Analytics. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
11. Payment Terms
Currently, the Service offers free usage with limited features. We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future. If and when paid plans are introduced:
- All payments will be processed through Paddle or another secure payment processor.
- Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred in connection with your account.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
12. Refund Policy
If paid services are introduced, refunds may be provided at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted to support@forcetocrawl.com within 14 days of the payment date. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the Service was used substantially or if there is evidence of fraud or abuse.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@forcetocrawl.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.
15. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Gilevskiy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the Georgian International Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
20. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Gilevskiy.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Gilevskiy regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter of these Terms.
