By accessing or using ForceToCrawl services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
ForceToCrawl provides a web service for submitting URLs for Google indexation. We do not guarantee specific results or timeframes for indexation as this ultimately depends on third-party search engines.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You will be required to select a payment plan and provide accurate billing information. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third-party payment processors to facilitate payment.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. There will be no refunds for partial months of service or for periods where the account was not used.
The Service is subject to usage limitations based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or limit service if we determine that usage exceeds reasonable levels or indicates automated or abusive behavior.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You may not submit URLs containing illegal, harmful, or prohibited content including but not limited to: malware, phishing sites, content that violates intellectual property rights, or content that promotes illegal activities.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall ForceToCrawl, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
